FOR ROAD TEST |
No
road test will be given unless you present enough I.D. that verifies who you
are.
There is a 6 point verification system that was implemented 9/2/03. You
may log onto www.njmvc.gov or
call 1-888-486-3339 to find documents that are applicable.
NO PHOTO COPIES ACCEPTABLE!!!
For a provisionable license please be sure to have these
documents for road test:
- Permit
- $6.00
- Birth
Certificate or passport
- Social
Security card or health insurance card: You MUST know your Social Security #
if your card is not present
- School
I.D. with transcripts or report card (ORIGINAL)
- Proof
of address

Please fill out the form below and we will be happy to mail our information enrollment
package to you with no obligation. After you send back the permit application
a permit will be purchased (no need for you to be present
at the DMV). Shortly afterwards, your instructor will contact you to schedule
your lessons.!
