FOR ROAD TEST
No road test will be given unless you present enough I.D. that verifies who you are. There is a 6 point verification system that was implemented 9/2/03. You may log onto www.njmvc.gov or call 1-888-486-3339 to find documents that are applicable.
NO PHOTO COPIES ACCEPTABLE!!!
For a provisionable license please be sure to have these documents for road test:
- Permit
- $6.00
- Birth Certificate or passport
- Social Security card or health insurance card: You MUST know your Social Security # if your card is not present
- School I.D. with transcripts or report card (ORIGINAL)
- Proof of address
