In most states, (not all) the standards for passing the driving permit test is that you must get 40 questions out of 50 correct and you must obtain an 80% or better.

Stale green light a) The distance it takes to stop a vehicle once the foot is already on the brake

Two second rule c) Giving yourself extra space in front and to the sides of you - provides reaction time
